Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is fluid and ongoing and can wipe out old traumas, whether they be physical or emotional. It is a process that is expansive and welcoming of challenges.

The Premise of EFT is that there are always emotional issues getting in the way of achieving your goals, no matter if they are in the area of health or pain (physical issues), or emotional blocks to achieving success. It has long been known that emotional stresses or subconscious resistance can get in the way of the body's natural healing processes and can prevent you from moving forward with your goals.

Conventional psychotherapy presumes a connection between negative emotions and some past traumatic experience that those emotions are caused by traumatic memories. EFT treatment respects the memory but does not require the client to relive painful past events. Instead, EFT simply addresses the disruption of the body's energy system.
